Fundraising at Greenpeace UK is going through an exciting period of development, with ambitious expansion supporting environmental campaigns around the world. Over 60% of our income comes from regular givers, so this new role of Head of Supporter Recruitment Manager is central to our long-term success.
You will take responsibility for a programme and team encompassing all supporter recruitment activity, and be accountable for meeting our targets for growth in new supporters. To do this, you will need to make the most of the opportunities provided by our high-profile campaigns, and work with other senior staff within fundraising and across the organisation to develop and review new recruitment initiatives.
Relevant experience and a passion for Greenpeace’s mission are both essential.

Salary:
£44,376 to £51,888 per annum
