Senior Direct Marketing Fundraiser
Fundraising is the lifeblood of Greenpeace. Our campaigns to save the natural environment are wholly funded by the donations of our supporters. Here is an opportunity to work across our marketing programme and contribute to developing our fundraising strategies, while focusing on recruiting and maximising our income from new supporters.
This is a key role in our Marketing Department. As the sources of new supporters diversify in a fragmenting market, you will take the lead on and manage a large number of supporter recruitment campaigns. You will be responsible for managing our Information and Training Officer and our In-house Face to Face Recruitment Coach.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years directly relevant marketing experience, including initiating and managing supporter recruitment programmes using a range of media - telephone, mail, online and face to face
- Good experience of briefing in and developing creative work with external agencies
- An understanding of database marketing and relationship marketing or fundraising
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, project management and analysis skills
- A strong commitment to teamwork and our environmental aims
- Proven ability to deliver great results
