Fantastic news – after we exposed Barbie's dirty deforestation habit, Mattel has just announced it will drop deforestation.
Thanks to over half a million Greenpeace supporters who sent emails, made phone calls and hunted for Chainsaw Barbies, Mattel has made a commitment not to use toy packaging from companies that are tearing down Indonesia's rainforests.
That means we've ended the Barbie treasure hunt - the Chainsaw Barbies are no longer a threat to Indonesia's rainforests. But there are plenty of other ways you can help our campaigns to protect the world's forests, oceans and climate.
