On Tuesday we were part of Aston University’s Go Green week and had a stall in the eco market in the Students Guild. We called on the services of Brian the Stormtrooper to help us in signing people up to the rebellion to turn VW away from the darkside. We also showed the winning entries from the VW film completion Greenpeace held a few months ago where people were asked to make their own VW advert but one which got across the message of VW’s lobbying against climate laws in Europe. It was a good opportunity for us to engage with people over the issue of VW not being as green as they like to portray themselves as.
