Just Do It - Post-film Panel Discussion

Greenpeace set up an information stall outside the Little Theatre to promote Greenpeace campaigns at the recent showing of the movie about environmental activism “Just Do It”.   Thanks are due to Bath Greenpeace members John and Julie and Bristol East colleagues Lauren and Carol for their help with this.

The film was followed by a Q&A session.   Greenpeace’s very own Richard Lancaster joined  the discussion panel with the film’s director Emily James, Bath councillor Nathan Hartley and a representative of Green Vision – the Bath-based youth environmental movement.  The film was thought-provoking and questions from the audience reflected concerns about how recent unrest in England will impact on non-violent environmental direct action and police response to it.

The film will be shown at The Cube in Bristol on Wednesday 7th September at 8pm:  http://www.greenpeace.org.uk/groups/bristol-east/event/just-do-it-cube-bristol
