The Bristol GREENPEACE Group was out out campaigning again last Saturday 26th November at the St Werburgh's City Farm Xmas Fair where 174 local people supported the GREENPEACE
campaign to turn VOLKSWAGEN [VW] away from the Dark Side joining the previous 300 campaign supporters who have signed the VW petition since its launch 19th November 2011.

The Group will continue 8pm next Friday 2nd December at our Benefit Gig in St Werburgh's Centre with bands Cazal; McDowell & Sturdy Beggars (details here) continuing there on Saturday 3rd
with a stall at the St Werburgh's Centre's Xmas Fair.
VW is using covert forces to oppose two key European climate laws – stronger emission targets and stronger car efficiency targets. Greenpeace volunteers are inviting the public to sign postcards to VW and to TEXT JEDI to join the campaign. They are also organising regional film screenings and outreach events to showcase the 12 shortlisted VW spoof films. See the finalists and winner here.
Please get involved and get in touch with your local network coordinator.
