Dear All,
As predicted W4B have lodged an appeal, and will have a good chance of success unless some good planning arguments against are made.
IN LINE with GREENPEACE campaigns some of us in The Bristol GREENPEACE Group were active in opposition to this - the Council's Development Control
North Committee rejected the W4B application on political grounds , which means that the appeal on planning law groundshas a very good chance of
success UNLESS a strong legal counter argument is mounted.
The biofuels policy is under review and there will be new evidence available, but it might NOT come within the planning law remit.
BRIEFLY
