The results of our toil during the morning of 10th October last year have come to fruition.  We supported 350.orgs 'day of doing' by cleaning up Moorhouse Lane in Hallen - north of the city.  In the process we planted hundreds of daffodil bulbs along the verges of the lane and those that survived the cold winter are now giving the lane a splash of spring colour.  It is good to note that the fly-tipping problem seems to have been resolved and I am sure those who use the lane for recreation have appreciated the enhanced environment.
