I always support them, as founder PhilThornhill is a Greenpeace member in Greenwich. If you have ever seen a ‘Globein a Greenhouse’ on a march– he built it.
Saturday 4th September “End Domestic Flights Now!” Demonstrationstaking place in London and Manchester. The London demo is at CityAirport at 11:00am, and the Manchester one at4:30pm. We will be travelling from City Airport to Euston Station by opentop bus, and then catching the specially booked “Train not Plane” carriage toManchester.
Saturday, 25th September National Agrofuel demonstration. Thisdemo will be at the site of a proposed palm-oil-burning plant in Portland,Dorset. Transport will be organised from London (andmaybe a few other stops en-route) to the demo site.

Sunday 10th October : The 10:10 campaign has joined forces withinternational campaign group 350 toco-ordinate10:10:10 – thebiggest-ever day of positive action on climate change on Sunday, 10th October,2010. Last year in London we had a UKGreenpeace contingent, with waves (theme of the march) and are working on themefor an ‘official Greenpeace’ group there, details to come.
