Last Sunday (10th of July 2011) four of us spent the afternoon campaigning at the awesome Kilburn Festival, in Kilburn Grange Park. Among many fun activities there were loads of great music, dancing and food, which - together with the favourable weather - kept the locals excited and happy to come around the stalls and find out what everybody was campaigning about.

We were asking people to sign letters to David Cameron urging him to support the Fisheries Minister in reforming the Common Fisheries Policy - to end discards, follow the science and stop corruption. The many really nice people who approached us and engaged with our campaign helped us to get the amazing number of 130 letters signed, and a few of them even got interested in getting active with our Camden network.

In sum, it was an amazingly successful day, and hopefully we'll be in Kilburn Grange Park again for some more campaigning next year!
