does sun help with campaigning?

Well, I'm just back from a couple of hours signing the good people of Hampstead up to become beneficial owners of Airplot.  Lisa, Rex and I got 81 sign ups in two hours -pretty good :-)  We ran out of leaflets but good job too because us girls were looking a bit on the sunburned side.  Quite hot enough already - another 4 degrees, no thanks!!

Almost everyone was keen to fill in the section to send to their MPs too  - telling them they'd joined the plot and asking them to do the same.   Chris Philp, the Tory parliamentary candidate for Hampstead and Kilburn who we'll deliver the postcards to in the Autumn, is going to have a busy time writing back - hopfully he'll agree and be only too happy to sign up to Airplot and live up to the Conservative party rhetoric on climate change....

And the nice cafe where we met before getting going did very good coffee too.   And after we sat in the park for a bit and had a celebratory ice cream - never tasted better.
