Saturday 20th April is International "I <3 Arctic" (I Love Arctic) day. Greenpeace volunteers all over the world will be campaigning together to send a message to the meeting of the Arctic Council that the Arctic belongs to all of us, and we want to protect it.
We will be joining forces with other Greenpeace networks from across North London to gather support for the 'I Love Arctic' campaign. Similar activities will take place all over the world. We'll be getting photos of people holding up 'I Love Arctic' speech bubbles, showing the groundswell of support for protecting the Arctic to back up Greenpeace's lobbying work of the Arctic Nations. We'll also be doing some creative fun stuff. Here is the plan for the afternoon:
