Go beyond oil

Posted by NigelBaker - 29 August 2010 at 10:37am - Comments

Right now the Greenpeace ship the Esperanza is being haranged by the Danish Navy as Greenpeace tries to stop the destruction of the Artic for the sake of oil.

At some point we will have as a society to recognise that Oil is running out and we need to base our energy needs on renewables and energy efficency. The Deepwater Horizon Oil spill and the War in Iraq have shown all too graphically the consquences of our addiction to this mineral sludge-High time we set our own horizons and expectations higher.....
