With the elections fast approaching I thought it poignant to look at the green credentials of the main political parties. As always on the net, someone beat me to it
The Telegraph has a quick summary of the main political parties and their election pledges:
It all sounds wonderful. But as always in politics, words are cheap and often deceiving. How many times has a politician made a pledge, only to squirm once they elections are over?
I guess someone has to hold them to account. Fortunately this is made much easier because they've put pen to paper. We have to money (scrap trident), the technology, expertise, however what we really need is the political will.
