As you may have seen from the homepage of the Greenpeace site on Sunday 15 September the Aurora parade will be taking place in London with a giant polar bear supported by bike riders and walkers.

To complement this we are holding our own Ice Bike Ride in Liverpool. The ride , which is about 4.5 miles, is part of cycle route 56 and is suitable for families and riders of all abilities . We are meeting up at the Otters Café Active Adventures Centre, Otterspool Drive, L17 5AL at 12 noon on Sunday 15th September and riding along Otterspool Promenade to  Albert Dock in the city centre. It's a beautiful , easy ride which we are sure everyone will enjoy.. The end point is at the Albert Dock behind the Piermaster's House, it's a grassy area with Billy Fury and Legacy sculptures and is perfect for a picnic.
