Greenpeace is organising a global day of solidarity, to encourage our supporters and people from across civil society to show their support for the Arctic 30 – our 28 activists plus the freelance journalists who were there to document the action - all of whom are currently being detained in Russia, under investigation for piracy. We want to use this day to keep their story live in the media and public consciousness - showing that the whole world cares is our best chance of freeing our friends.
