Groundwork North East, in partnership with Northumberland College and the Friends of Ashington Woods are now delivering a NEW level 2 accreditedCreative Green Woodwork course, in Ashington Community Woods, Northumberland from September 2013.

The course is aimed at adults and young people (aged 16-18)  who wish to learn practical woodwork skills using traditional tools and methods.By the end of the course each participant will have learned a varietyof new woodcraft techniques and produced their own piece of green woodwork.

Depending on your circumstances the course is either free to attend or available at a heavily subsidised rate.
