You are invited to a celebration of our first birthday! To say thank you for supporting, reading and contributing, we're throwing a bit of a bash down at Brewdog Newcastle on 24 October, 8pm.
There'll be bands, booze and cake, and the lovely NFP volunteers will be shaking their buckets for any spare change to help us keep on going.
It's been a big year for us; over 19,000 readers, 88 contributors and 257 articles...all on only £350! We created NFP as a free press to allow people to share their views with no editorial stance, build their skills and promote the amazing things that are going on in and around Newcastle.
We're incredibly proud of everybody who's given up their time voluntarily and spread the word about what we're doing, so would love it if you could come along to celebrate with us!
