An exhausted Paula takes a break, before heading back out campaigning

Saturday 10th November, and Paula Bear was back in North Derbyshire again, to help out at the Matlock Feelgood Fair.

You can't really "Feel good" about melting icecaps - unless you happen to be an oil company like Shell, rubbing your hands at being able to get to those newly accessible exploration areas. For the rest of us it's very bad news; for Paula Bear, and other Arctic wildlife, it's unmitigated disaster.

A big hug from a friendly polar bear though, is very "Feelgood", as shoppers in Matlock were keen to discover. In between hugs Paula handed out hundreds of Save the Arctic leaflets, while Laura explained exactly what people needed to do (text ARCTIC + name to 60002) to add their name to the Arctic Scroll.

Thanks to everyone who helped out, who sent texts, or who donated money to the campaign.
