SATURDAY 6TH JULY
ONE WORLD FESTIVAL AT NEW MILLS
It's a welcome change that this year we are actually seeing summer - but there are downsides, especially if you have a thick white furry coat. Paula joined Derbyshire active supporters at the One World Festival full of enthusiasm for signing up lots of new I Love Arctic supporters. After only a very short walk across the field in blazing sunshine she was faint and dizzy and desperate for a drink of water and some shade. She spent the rest of the day draped over a chair looking rather less lifelike than usual - but still managed to lure loads of people to the Greenpeace stall to cuddle her and have their photos taken for the campaign.
