Paula being loved at the Y-Not

Paula Bear had an eventful day when she joined Greenpeace volunteers at the Y-Not festival in Derbyshire. Early on she got bearnapped, her captors racing off down the field with her, with Tim in hot pursuit. Later she went walkabout and someone decided it would be a great idea to rugby tackle her and throw her on the floor. Denise - "No, no, you'll get her dirty!" Poor Paula, she hates getting mud in her fur. But she always knew that humans can be an unpredictable species (especially in the vicinity of a beer tent), and venturing south to ask for their help to Save the Arctic could be 'interesting'. And most festival goers just wanted to hug her and stroke her, and were more than happy to text ARCTIC and their names to 60002, joining the more than a million people calling for the High Arctic to become a global reserve.
