Cairn gagging order

As many of you know, Cairn Energy premises were occupied by polar bears on Monday 18th July.  As a result of that Cairn have taken out an interdict (Scottish form of Injunction) which prevents anyone who  took part in the occupation from talking about it or disemminating pictures of the occupation.  Strangely this does not include the press.  All the Scottish papers published pictures of the occupation the following day, despite the interdict already being in place.  In fact, the Scotsman published pictures from inside the building!  The action was in all the Scottish papers and there were many reporters at the Sheriff's court when the activists were given bail the next day.  In fact one photographer came round the back of the Sheriff's court and took a photo of some of the activists without their polar bear heads on.  But, as with the case of a certain footballer, the order has completely backfired and comments are all over Facebook and Twitter.  In fact some people who had never heard of Cairn Energy now know who they are and what they are up to.  People are 'friending Cairn Energy on Facebook and asking them to produce the spill response plan.  They must have one in order to get insurance - or maybe they are operating without insurance - so the document should exist somewhere and should be in the public domain.  I don't think Cairn have heard the back of this.  And considering the Scottish Parliament are aiming for 80% renewable energy consumption by 2020 they must be very embarassed to have such a dirty company within a mile or so of the Parliament building in Edinburgh.
