You may have thought that following our successes in Indonesia that the rainforest was safe! Nothing could be further from the truth. Last night i watched a Panorama programme about deforestation in the Congo. Greenpeace has campaigned against deforestation in the Congo before but what is worrying this time is that the firm involved in this illegal logging is Malaysian and that the logs are ending up as plywood in the UK. Definitely worth watching.
