Last Wednesday we took Paula to the Broadway Cinema where they are showing the film Chasing Ice. The staff were very friendly and helpful as we set up our table with iPads for people to sign up to the Save the Arctic campaign. The weather was horrible (when has it not been horrible this year? Now tell me it isn't anything to do with warmer air holding more water vapour and mankind doesn't have anything to do with it) but we were still met with a positive reception from the public who ventured out on a wet night. To add to the festive flavour there was a womens choir singing in the cafe bar and it was far too easy to stand and listen to the music. Paula the polar bear was certainly captivated by it. Many thanks to Caroline and the FOH staff at the Broadway for letting us go there and allowing us to leave our campaign leaflets outside the screen room where the film is being shown. So if you want to go and see Chasing Ice do pick up a leaflet as you leave the showing
