I have been given the draft programme for this event, which is as below:

  1. 18:45   Lord Mayor, Sheriff and other dignitaries arrive at the Malt Cross to view the Art Exhibition

 

  1. 19:00 onwards – attendees start to arrive at Market Square

 

  1. 19:45   Civic Party leaves the Malt Cross

 

  1. 19:45 – 20:10   Clarian Choir

 

  1. 20:00   Civic Party arrives at Market Square

 

  1. 20:10   Chairman’s welcome

 

  1. 20:15   The Lord Mayor

 

  1. 20:15   Fire & Rescue ALP (Aerial Ladder Platform) due to arrive

 

  1. 20:20   The Sheriff – Message from the Mayor Minsk

 

  1. 20:25   The Very Reverend John Guille Dean of Southwell

 

  1. 20:30   Fr Williams – Message from the Belarus Ambassador to Britain (?)

  1. 20:50 – 21:20 Nottingham Ukrainian Cultural Choir

 

  1. 21:00   Lighting of Candles

 

  1. 21:20   Salvation Army – Final Poem & Closing Prayer

 

 

Note: the Nottinghamshire Fire & Rescue Aerial Ladder Platform (ALP) will be in attendance (subject to it not being on call).
