Shell Priory garage, Jnction Derby Road and Woodside Road, Nottingham, United Kingdom, NG9 2TA
22 September, 2012 - 10:00 - 14:00

Please put this date in your diaries now!  After the success of Shell day 1 back in July when 500 volunteers stood outside 57 Shell petrol stations to tell people about Shell wanting to drill for oil in the Arctic ocean, we are doing another one but bigger and better!

For Shell Day 2 we will be peacefully protesting outside the Shell garage on the Priory Island on Derby Road at the junction with Woodside Road from 10.00am until, hopefully 2pm.  We need loads of you to help.  The protest will be in 2 shifts so let me know whether you want to come along at 10am or 12 midday.  Email greenpeacenotts@gmail.com

And just to remind you, as Shell has an injunction against Greenpeace going on their property we will not be going onto the forecourt except to deliver a letter to the garage manager.  We will be standing on the pavement only.  Also, Shell are monitoring all our blogs and event postings about Shell day 2 so the message to Shell is; we are watching you and we will carry on watching you.
