The 'best' Manifesto since 1987

A member of the Conservative Party define the 2010 manifesto the best since 1987. He talks about a common theme, the "Power of People", which hangs together the whole documents, and  no random commitments. But a question arises: where does Trident replacement fit in this masterpiece of 'democracy'?
