Goodbye Trident: how to remove nuclear weapons from Scotland within two years

The Sunday Herald reports on a blueprint produced by Scottish CND which details how nuclear weapons could be removed from Scotland within two years of independence.  The plan has been pronounced credible by indernational nuclear weapons experts and welcomed by Scottish ministers.
