Ministry of Defence nuclear safety record getting wosrse

An official report released under the Freedom of Information Act shows that the Ministry of Defence's nuclear safety record is getting worse. 

The report highlights safety concerns associated by plans to save money extending the life of the current Trident nuclear submarines, saying that the proposals "will present safety justification challenges".
