AWE plc, the company which runs the Atomic Weapons Establishment, where the UK's nuclear weapons are made, has been fined £200,000 after pleading guilty to failing to ensure the safety of its workers. The charge against the company was brought following a fire in an explosives manufacturing facility at the AWE Aldermaston site in August 2010. More here.
