Four former senior military commanders question the real need for a nuclear deterrent; "This decision will have a direct impact on our overstretched Armed Forces", they say. Alongside with economic concerns, they also question the real strategic value of a nuclear weapon and the impact of this decision on the international disarmament negotiation.
