A good time to get involved...

With the coming year we will be looking to celebrate 40 years of Greenpeace with events, stalls and a presence at some of the local festivals.

If you are looking to get involved in something, now might be a good time to 'get active' with the Portsmouth Greenpeace group.  We are currently planning film screenings and an art competition with an environmental slant - for local residents.

We will also be taking part in campaigns throughout the year which you will hear more about nearer the time.

I remember going to a motivational talk some years back and there was this guy talking about how flocks of geese fly together, like a team all heading in one direction.  I guess that is a bit like Greenpeace - together we are stronger and together we have a louder voice.
