There are lots of things that we enjoy in the modern world particularly the natural environment. This is inexorably linked to our own. It is part of our world and we are custodians of it - to the next generations that will follow.
We therefore have a choice to make when we are in this world - a choice about what resources we use, the things that we consume: food and goods and the impact that this has on the world. The world does not have a limitless amout of resources and we are oversubscribed to what we are using.
