Our Polar bear being drawn by local artist Pete Codling.

We hosted a stall at this years revamped Southsea Show as part of the Southsea Greenhouse's "Blooming Marvelous" marquee.

Over 12,000 people attended the show on Southsea Common - Two great, positive days of hardworking campaigning - spreading the news about Greenpeace and the just launched Aurora project.

We had over 100 people sign up on Aurora's fur and we ran a Greenpeace inspired drawing competition - that also had over 100 entries!!!!! (one little girl was very happy with her new Polar bear on Monday as her prize)

So many people & so many stalls with things to do - it was a busy family day out - highspots were the Carnival with the Polar bear and a live artist (Portsmouth's own Pete Codling) - commisioned to do a live drawing of the weekend - making the Greenpeace Polar bear one of the stars!

BIG thanks to all our team who helped - Jay, Sue, Alanah, Karen, Martin & Lara
