As part of One World Week, the University of Portsmouth is hosting a 'Carbon Capital' Free event.
"Fighting the finance thats driving climate change"
2 Guest speakers will be at the event arguing that banks, hedge funds and pension funds are bankrolling carbon based energy projects, which are wrecking communitites and fuelling climate change.
Greenpeace has been asked to attend to as an interested party and to host a stall.
