Green groups unite for the Preston Guild

After months of planning - the green groups of Preston came togehter to parade in the Guild community groups procession, pulling the world with them - admittedly a slightly pumpkin shaped world - but thats climate change for you!  We all wore Beautiful Planet t shirts - as this is the green centre/cafe where we all met to plan our procession.  We had a lovely time, and it was heart warming to see how many other groups chose to walk rather than go on the back of a lorry.  As we were near the front, it meant we did the parade circuit, and got back to the Beautiful Planet to make a lovely cup of tea, whilst still able to watch the rest of the procession!  It was a great day, as well as a great opportunity to meet some wonderful people from all the other active groups in our area. If only I knew how to post the rest of the photos to this blog!
