On Saturday we went to Egham to talk to the public about the 'Go Beyond Oil' campaign. we asked the public to sign the postcards and colour the rainbows on the front. We then sent them to their local MP. The response was good although Egham was very quiet that day !
David Cameron entered G'ment saying his would be the 'greenest govenrnment ever'. but instead he is pushing through new contracts for deepwater drilling off the UK's fragile coasts and he is planning to pass new laws this winter to make new drilling easier still. Clean renewable technologies already exist, now is the time to 'go beyond oil'!
