We will be concentrating on this until 12^th Dec.

We have chosen two dates, Sat 16^th October in Staines and Sat 6^th Nov in Egham. We will have an information table, with hopefully, some face painting and kids activities. This will be weather dependent so you won’t have to stand about in the rain. We really need some volunteers for this, just an hour of your time will suffice and we will try to run the stall from about 11 am – 1.30 or 2 depending on how many people can help. We have fliers available for anyone who thinks they know a good place to put them and tickets are now available to purchase from Aileen.

 Remember, if you book and pay before 31 October there is a £1 discount on the tickets.

We can only do these events if we have enough volunteers, it does generally seem to fall on the shoulders of a few, same members. We really, really would love some of our newer members to help us. We will support and help you every step of the way but we need to know if people have reasons why they won’t do active work so that we can work out a solution! We particularly need help to run the bar and clearing up after the fun is over. Again, please call Aileen as above or Julie on 01932 872792 to put your name on the volunteer list.
