Another successful day for Salisbury Greenpeace.

When we opened the curtains on Saturday morning the sun was trying to break through the clouds and the rain had finally stopped which boded well for our day at The Salisbury Green Fair campaigning for I love the Arctic.  When we arrived we had every possible item with us and wee allocated a great spot so we set to organising our stall.  At 10 the Fair was declared open and people started to trickle in which soon turned into quite a swell.  We had lots of interest and had many conversations not only about the Arctic but all things green.  We meet local website supporters and a few said that they would attend meetings and get more involved and one lapsed supporter has rejoined. We got lots of photos including John Glen our local Tory MP.  It was also a great training ground for a new active supporter who took to talking about our latest campaign like a duck to water. All in all a great day that was rounde doff with chips for supper.
