Our recent Trident polling outside Tooting Broadway Underground Station on Saturday 20th March went rather well, getting over a hundred people to stop and talk about their opinions on plans to upgrade Britain's nuclear weapons system, despite the rain.
Overall, people were against the idea of spending £97 billion on new nuclear weapons for the UK (123 AGAINST; 6 FOR; 1 UNSURE), giving an overwhelming majority of 94.6% against renewing Trident.
