Attending Nunhead Cemetery open day shall be our first local event in Nunhead - and possibly the first ever Greenpeace group event held in a graveyard...! The Cemetery is meant to be a wonderful place to spend an afternoon and enjoy nature, of course, living 5 minutes away from it I have never been in it, so this will be a wonderful opportunity!
We're having a stall at this event, and shall be along side a lot of other different local groups. It looks like having child friendly activities would be a good idea while we continue to run the I <3 the Arctic campaign. The polar bear is also booked, so hopefully it should be a fairly easy day. Who knows, we might be pitched next to the cake stall. One can dream.
