So, I'm already 9 jars of jam into the season after picking about 40 stalks last weekend; I look at my rhubarb plant this weekend and there's more!!What's to be done with all this rhubarb?? Polite suggestions only please!Would like to incorporate it somehow into a Pod fundraising event but not sure how?!Julesx
