Ideas for new "tips" card for trainees

I recently came across a small wallet-sized fold-out card produced by GPI for, it looks like, campaigners to remind them how to talk about campaigns (!). I think it might be useful to adapt the idea so we have a little gift/handout for all trainees to take away with them and remind them what they (should)have learnt. So I'm seeking your ideas. What are the top tips/reminders that people should take away with them after a training day? Please add your comments so we can pool our ideas and come up with something really useful.
