Friday 8th June. We visited the Shell Garage in Corbridge, West Northumberland. Never in the history of our Greenpeace Group has so much rain fallen in such a short time! Despite this, we managed to keep a few leaflets dry and most people - pedestrians and customers - were intereted and supportive of GP's actions to get Shell to abandon its plans for arctic drilling. We hope they email.
