A Fair Catch at the Spring Tide Food Festival

Local fishermen who have fished responsibly for generations are not getting a fair catch.
The European Common Fisheries Policy uses taxpayers' money to support industrial scale destructive fishing practices.

We took Maisie the Mackerel to the Spring Tide Food Festival at Hive Beach, asking people to 'Be A Fisherman's Friend'  and send a signed fish to Ashley Fox, our MEP. We need him to take a lead in demanding the reform that is needed to maintain the communities of the Dorset coast.

Fishermen and environmentalists working together for a sustainable future is a great concept. This is a campaign that appeals to a very wide range of people.
We kicked off our campaign with 150 cards in less than 3 hours.
