Polluters On The Loose?

Shell the polluting oil company has yet again demonstrated that they cannot be allowed to drill for oil in the fragile arctic waters after one of their drill ships The Kulluk ran aground onto Kodiak Island in Alaska with 155,000 gallons of fuel on the ship.

After yet another serious accident, one that threatened not just the environment but also their own staff of 18 crew who had to be evacuated from the ship after it broke free from its moorings.

Shell should in no way be allowed to drill for oil in this environment, time and again they have shown themselves to be unable to safely operate in these waters and are essentially an accident waiting to happen.
