They have snook in and quietly began to frack without the knowldege of local people, who are livid at what they are doing, after it emerged an oil spill that dumped three million gallons of crude oil into the ocean off California in 1969.That whole incident has not faded over time from their collective memories.
Does this have echo's of how Balcombe residents were kept in the dark?
Is this the fracking companies main tactic?
If it is, then maybe people should be asking just what council's are giving their approval of without consulting the public they are supposed to serve?
