Greed And The failings Of Large Oil Companies.

Shell, Greed and Environmental Destruction, Lets GO BEYOND OIL

Shell has recently been fighting to stem a major oil spill in the North Sea, but it seems that this company has also got a very shameful record in other parts of the world too.

Recently Shell has failed to ensure the safety of their oil pipeline in Nigeria and have left a trail of destruction and pollution upon local people. To add insult to injury they have attempted to keep the wages of local people who monitor their pipeline at low levels and as a consequence of their greed in this respect they have since had nine oil spills within months, all of which have been done by the people they are trying to cheat out of money they deserve, by a greedy oil firm.

Once again this shows the shameful race to make as much profit as can be made, regardless of the impact on the environment and the people who inhabit the region where oil is being exploited and yet again shows that it is now time to GO BEYOND OIL.
