Everything's lovely in the Glastonbury garden

Visitors to the Greenpeace field at Glastonbury festival sitting in a hammock

I still have to get hold of some wellies (my trusty pair is elsewhere right now) and a tent, but things are starting to fall into place for Glastonbury. The team working hard to bring the Greenpeace field to life are not far from my desk and I haven't heard any raised voices yet which has to be a good sign. But for those out there with tickets (if you don't have them yet, you can still win a pair with our Greener Glastonbury Giveaway on Facebook), exactly what is being cooked up?

Your climate change videos

A big thanks once again to all of you who took part in our Glastonbury competition. Here are some of the best entries in the video section - it's a shame there could only be one winner in each category.

Win Glastonbury tickets!

Glastonbury

UPDATE (18/06/07 9.30am): The competition has now closed. Thanks for all the fantastic entries! View the winners, images, animations and other videos.

We have two pairs of Glastonbury tickets to give away to whoever creates the best picture or short video about climate change.

The theme of this year's Glastonbury is climate change, so we're asking you to create a picture or short video on the subject. We'll choose two winners - one picture and one video - and each winner gets a pair of tickets.

Your entry can be about pretty much anything to do with climate change – what you think about it, how it makes you feel, what you're doing about it, what you think others should be doing, the impacts, the solutions etc. It can be serious, heart-breaking, funny or downright daft. It can be a photo, a sketch, a graphic, a film, an animation, mash-up or pretty much any format you like. It can be abstract, with the connection to climate change explained in the title or caption. It just can't be offensive. And videos must be less than two minutes long.

You have one minute to save the planet

Calling all YouTube fans. Fellow green movers at down the road at Friends of the Earth have launched a green film competition. They're asking for 60-second odes to the future of the planet, exploring how we look after it with the assumption that there is a day after tomorrow.

Entries need to be in by 20 August 2007 so there's plenty of time to write, film and edit your mini-masterpiece. Even if you aren't inclined to enter, you can be inspired by the entries on the FoE YouTube channel. And while you're there, you can check out our own channel (although we're not offering any prizes as yet).
