Common Fisheries Policy

We have been out and about - in Beckenham, Bromley South and the Leicester Square Theatre (thanks to them and ArtSaves Lives) - on our quest to clean up the COmmon Fisheries Policy, so that everything caught by fishermen will be landed....not thrown back into the Sea, dead.

So far, with help from Barbara and Ann, we have got a total of 64 signed letters, with nine new potential local group members and three people who wanted Greenpeacse UK to contact them...not bad!

Beckenham was a joint event with the Croydon group, while Bromley South saw us brave the rain outside the station to catch commuters on their way home... might try that on a sunnier day !!

The Leicester Square Theatre was hosting a night celebrating the talents and passion for the arts in the margins of society and featured young and up and coming talents. Thanks to all who got involved and added 21 more letters to our campaign.
